You can request an appointment here on our website or by calling our clinic. If you fill out our appointment request form, we'll get back to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Otherwise, feel free to call our office; our friendly staff are always available during business hours to assist in getting you a time on our schedule that makes sense for you and gets you in as soon as possible.
Our practice offers a diverse range of services, including pregnancy and postpartum care, running gait analysis, chronic pain education, work injury rehab & conditioning, pre & post operative care, treatment for dizziness and vertigo from concussions, neck & back pain relief, sports-related injuries, treatment for neurological conditions, and aquatic therapy.
Yes, we take Blue Cross Blue Shield, the insurance provided by Digi-Key. We also take most other common forms of insurance. If you're curious as to whether or not your care would be covered, please give our office a call at 218-653-1004 so we can look into it for you.
During your first visit, our friendly staff will greet you and assist with any paperwork. A licensed physical therapist will discuss your medical history, current symptoms, and health goals, followed by a physical examination. Based on this, a customized treatment plan will be developed. You'll also receive education on your condition and an overview of the proposed therapy sessions. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and informed as we start your journey toward better health and mobility.
